On September 6, the 9th “Entrepreneurship Jiangsu” Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Competition & the 10th China Innovation Entrepreneurship Competition High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industry Competition in Jiangsu Racing Area was opened in Nantong. One hundred entrepreneurial teams and enterprises involving intelligent robots, integrated electrical appliances, intelligent medical care, intelligent manufacturing of special equipment and other fields launched fierce competition within two days.
The participating enterprises in this competition was generally more younger, with high quality and high level, representing the level of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in this competition.
SPT Laser took part in this competition with laser obstacle remover project. In the competition, our company elaborated the laser obstacle remover project from the aspects of product R&D background, application and development strategy, which was unanimously recognized by the judges of the competition and achieved the honor of "excellent enterprises".

In recent years, the rapid development of energy power and high-speed rail construction in China has brought great convenience to our lives and transportation. These potential safety hazards bring incalculable economic losses to the power and transportation industries.
The traditional way of removing obstacles requires power failure of personnel lines and mounted flying car overhead operation, which is inefficient and risky. Therefore, improving obstacle removal efficiency and reducing operation risks are gradually becoming urgent needs to ensure the safe operation of power grid. The Laser obstacle removal technique came into being.
Laser obstacle removal is a long-range cutting removal with controllable lasers emitted from the ground and is safe, fast, and electrically active.
We have developed and manufactured optical fiber laser obstacle remover and carbon dioxide laser obstacle remover according to market demand, and select laser devices with different wavelengths according to different scenarios and materials of targets.
After continuous R&D investment, our laser obstacle removal equipment continues to be updated and optimized. At present, our equipment has been optimized to the third generation. Compared with the first generation of equipment, our performance in tripod head accuracy, aiming system, control system, laser emission system and cutting effect has been comprehensively improved.
Today, the SPT Laser's laser obstacle remover has been involved in five consecutive years of special reports on CCTV' s major channels and has applied for more than 60 national patents. At the same time, our equipment has been well applied throughout the country, and has been unanimously recognized by customers.
In addition, we are currently exploring the possibility of Laser obstacle removal technology, which will also be applied in more and more fields as we continue to explore it.
