Why "worker" can "cut the tree" blatantly?
"Five acres of residential grounds, planted with mulberry trees, after fifty years, old people can wear silk clothes."For humans, for the ecological environment of the earth, trees have important significance. However, there are so many "worker" around us that they clearly "cut down" trees
Some of them are like these
Some are like this:
And like this:
Yes, they are electricity workers at power supply companies. It turned out that the safety distance between trees and wires is insufficient, which easily leads to tripping power failure and other hidden dangers, so they need to clean tree obstacles in a timely manner.
Why they are "cutting the tree"
1. Endangering line safety and easily leading to major power outages - whether low-voltage distribution lines or high-voltage transmission lines - can be affected by ultra-high trees and endanger operation safety.
2. Endangering personal safety and prone to safety accidents While trees cause damage to distribution lines, they may also cause secondary damage to the person. Broken wires can cause fire and electrocution.
Reason for "cutting the tree"
Electric power workers can only cut the tree obstacle relying on legal support.1. Article 53 of Electric Power Law No entity or individual shall build buildings and structures that may endanger the safety of electric power facilities in the electric power facility protection zone designated in accordance with the law, plant plants that may endanger the safety of electric power facilities, and pile objects that may endanger the safety of electric power facilities. Plants planted before the power facility protection zone is designated according to law that hinder the safety of power facilities shall be trimmed or cut down.
2. Article 15 of the Regulations on the Protection of Electric Power Facilities In the protection zone of overhead power lines, any entity or individual shall observe the following provisions: (1) no grain, forage, garbage, slag, flammables, explosives or other objects affecting safe power supply shall be piled up; (2) no kiln or famine shall be burned; (3) no buildings or structures shall be built; and (4) no plants that may endanger the safety of power facilities shall be planted.
3. Article 18 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulation on the Protection of Electric Power Facilities No entity or individual may plant trees, bamboos or high-pole plants that endanger the safety of electric power facilities within the electric power facility protection zones designated according to law. Electric power enterprises shall cut down trees and bamboos newly planted or naturally born in the designated electric power facility protection areas that may endanger the safety of electric power facilities, and shall not pay any fees such as forest tree compensation fees, forest land compensation fees, and vegetation recovery fees.
Tree-wire safe distance
Since we have learned that there are so many hidden dangers between trees and high-voltage lines, will there be no trees in the future? This is obviously impossible, and maintaining a safe distance between trees and high-voltage lines is a good way to solve the problem
In order to maintain the safe distance of the tree-wire, electric power workers need to regularly go to the scene survey, in order to timely clean up the tree obstacle, ensure everyone's electricity safety and personal safety, and strive to provide better power supply services for everyone. The tree removal work is only in-progress and not completed. I hope you can support and understand these silently dedicated electric workers.
